In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Steve Aderholt, age 63 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Alex Potts, age 45 of Heflin, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of probation revocation unlawful possession of a controlled substance, probation revocation 1st degree receiving stolen property, and for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Alexandria Pena, age 33 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of revoked bond.

Evan Wilborn, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office on hold for another agency.

Ricky George, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 3rd degree domestic violence harassment and 3rd degree domestic violence criminal mischief.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
