In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Samantha Drolet, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Paul Baker, age 58 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.

Aaron Williams, age 34 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of revoked bond unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Michael Brogdon, age 43 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and domestic violence strangulation.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
