Mrs. Joyce Rochester Johnson, age 81 of Leesburg, went to be with her Heavenly Father on October 30, 2026.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, Nov. 1 at 2:15 PM at Cherokee Memory Gardens with Bro. Daniel Farley officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12:30-2 PM at Perry Funeral Home prior to the service.
She is survived by her children; Randall (Kelli) Davis, Russell (Jason) Payne; grandchildren, Mattie Grace & Samuel Payne, Tripp and Austin Davis; Sisters Wanda (Robert) Roe, Dora (Harvey) Norton, Linda (Steve) Tucker, Paula (Wilbur) Pruitt; Brothers Herman Rochester, Ronald Rochester, and Philip Rochester, and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will include her nephews: Chad, Shannon, Seth and Kyle Rochester, Keith Walker, Robby Roe, John Knight, Dewayne and Logan Pierce, Gaston Willard, Randy Young, and TC Tucker.
She is preceded in death by her parents Herman Rochester Sr. and Mattie Lee Ferguson Rochester, sister Margie Rochester Willard, brother Donald Rochester, husband LeDon Johnson and first husband and father of children Randy Davis.
She was a dedicated employee of Lyons and Morgan CPA for 40 years. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in the Pollards Bend Community.
She loved her family, being a mother and especially a grandmother more than anything. Most often, she could be found at one of the “grands” events supporting them.
In lieu of flowers, the family requested that donations be made to Shiloh Baptist Church in the Pollards Bend Community, Leesburg, Al.
