CALHOUN COUNTY– The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office has earned the Agency Trilogy Award from FBI LEEDA, recognizing the department’s commitment to leadership training and professional development.
The award is presented when every member of an agency’s command staff completes all three FBI LEEDA leadership courses. Those courses include the Supervisor Leadership Institute, the Command Leadership Institute, and the Executive Leadership Institute.
Each course involves a full week of training focused on leadership, decision-making, and the skills needed to lead effectively in law enforcement.
The Sheriff’s Office said the award reflects the time, effort, and commitment shown by its command staff.
The department also recognized Capt. Jordan Shekels of the Corrections Division, who earned the Trilogy Award as well.
The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office said it is proud of the accomplishment and grateful for the leadership its team brings to the county each day.
