The Collinsville City Council welcomed Ray Morales of Collinsville to the Department as Chief. Morales comes to the City with 10 years experience in Law Enforcement. He worked with the DeKalb County Sheriff Department in various roles from Corrections Officer to Deputy to Investigator. Morales also worked for the City of Fort Payne.

His first day on the job was Monday, April 20.

He introduced his wife Laura and daughter Olivia to the City Council. Chief Morales mother was also in attendance.

Morales thanked the Council for the opportunity to serve the community as the Chief Of Police.
