In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Renee Nail, age 41 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of revoked bond and for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Kevin Covington, age 20 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and 3rd degree domestic violence.

David McFry, age 33 of Mobile, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 84 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
