Imelda Elaine Greene, age 91 of Leesburg, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2025, at her residence.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Perry Funeral Home with Bro. Don Barnett and Bro. Tommy Ledbetter officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00PM till time of service at the funeral home, burial will follow in Cedar Hill cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Carl Jackson Greene; son, Kent (Denese) Greene; and grandchildren, Cartlon Greene and Judson Greene.
Pallbearers are Carlton Greene, Matthew Hale, Ben Stephens, Peyton Floyd, Barry Collins, Sid Garrett, honorary pallbearer, Steve Hale
She was preceded in death by parents; Charlie and Lois Edge Holman, sisters; Imogene Holman and Seydell Hale.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to ACG Hospice, the staff of Floyd Cherokee, DR. Barton Perry and staff, and to all the sitters and friends who helped take care of mom.
The family will accept flowers or donations can be made to Centre First United Methodist Church.
