OXFORD — Oxford Police Department Investigator Jaclyn Willis has been recognized as the 2026 Law Enforcement Officer of the Year by The American Legion of Alabama.

Investigator Willis was honored with the prestigious award in recognition of her outstanding service, dedication, and commitment to the law enforcement profession.

Willis was nominated by the American Legion Oxford Post 111 and was selected from among law enforcement professionals across the state of Alabama to receive the distinguished honor.

The Oxford Police Department congratulated Investigator Willis on the well-deserved recognition, highlighting her continued commitment to serving the community and upholding the values of law enforcement.
