CENTRE – Tatum Perry collected 27 points, including three 3 pointers. He also had six steals, five rebounds and a block in the Warriors 67-57 basketball win over Bremen, Ga., on Friday.
Perry was also 8-of-10 from the free-throw line for the Warriors (10-6).
Reid Jacoway contributed 13 points, including a 6-of-8 performance from the free-throw line. He also dished out six assists and had a steal and a rebound.
Jayquan Diamond delivered 10 points, seven boards and two assists. Cooper Allen added six points on a pair of treys. Ben Moseley finished with five points, three rebounds, two blocks and an assist.
Jaishaun Jones led the Blue Devils with 16 points, including a pair of treys. Thacker Dudley came away with 15 points. Rhett Pearson posted eight points and Bo Dudley finished with six points.
The two teams were tied at 14 at the end of the first quarter. The Warriors surged out in front 35-30 at halftime, but Bremen went back out in front 46-45 after three. Cherokee County outscored the Blue Devils 22-11 in the fourth for the final.
Cherokee County travels to Piedmont on Tuesday.
