In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

ANTONIA HACKETT age 47 of Cedar Bluff – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with Failure to Appear – on previous charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree – with Unlawful Distribution/Furnishing of Controlled Substance – Burglary 3rd Degree – and also a charge of Revoked Bond;

SUMMER GLOVER, age 37 of Centre – was arrested by Leesburg Police, on a charge of Public Intoxication;

And

MICHAEL EUBANKS age 59 of Piedmont arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Public Intoxication.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 104 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
