In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

MATTHEW GRADY, 42 of Dalton, Georgia – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Public Intoxication, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct;

And

CEDRON PORTER – 34 of Cave Spring, Georgia – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – on a Conditional Release Violation/the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 106 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
