In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Previous 24 Hours:
BOBBY SMITH, age 45 from Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of Failure to Appear on the previous counts of Simple Assault 3rd Degree and Expired Tag.
Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 104 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
