In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Previous 24 Hours:

TAYLOR TAPP, age 30 from Cedar Bluff, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of Failure to Appear on the previous charge of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

ANDREW SMITH, age 47 of Columbiana, Alabama, arrested by Cedar Bluff Police, on charges of Attempting to Elude;

And

JODY ROEBUCK, age 49 of Gaylesville – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – on the charge of SORNA/a Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act Violation.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 97 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
