MS. Lorine Hunter Laney, age 86, passed away Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, July 6th, 2024 – at Cherokee Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will include Danny Holcombe, Joe Taylor, Jacob Taylor, Justin Taylor, Jamie Kinsey, and Dylan Wright.
Mrs. Laney was survived by her sister, Clora Bell Leach; her nieces, Lisa Kinsey, Nancy Taylor, Donna Holcombe, Deborah Dyke, Wendy Crane; a nephew, Marty Leach; and closest friend, Connie Holbert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Harlan Laney; two brothers and six sisters.
She was the daughter of the late Thomas Alan Hunter and Oma Lee Box Hunter. She worked for many years at Chrysler in several positions and was of the Baptist faith. She will be dearly missed.
