In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

FRANCISCO MANUEL, age 34 of Fort Payne – arrested by Leesburg Police, on charges of DUI/Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol);

FREDRICK DIAMOND, age 43 of Centre, was arrested by Centre Police, on the charges of Violation of a Domestic Violation Protection Order;

ZACHARY TILLIS, age 38 of Centre was arrested by Centre Police and was charged with Disorderly Conduct and he’s currently On Hold for Another Agency;

And

APRIL HANCOCK, age 41 of Leesburg, arrested by Centre Police – charged with Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Theft of Property 4th Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 89 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
