In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

James Crane, age 59 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of public intoxication.

Haley Fossett, age 47 of Rainsville, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Christopher Goggans, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of obstructing justice false ID.

Tracy Mallard, age 56 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a probation revocation.

Keondrick Patterson, age 28 of Huntsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Lori Flatt, age 53 of Lindale, Georgia, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Tiffany Smith, age 46 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee Police Department for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 91 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
