Centre City Council Approves Additional Costs for Aquatic Center Construction

During the Centre City Council meeting Tuesday afternoon, the Council approved two change orders for additional costs for the Aquatic Center construction. The change was for apoxy coating in the canteen and pavilion area in the amount of $3902.68. The second change is for the 8 bathrooms and the entrance in the amount of $3157.87.

The Council approved the lowest quote for a split rail fence at the City Park in the amount of $3360 from Piedmont Fencing.

The Council then approved a contract with Tom McElrath Architect for the renovation of the old gymnasium on the former Middle School property. Mayor Mark Mansfield explained what the project covers. (Click Link Below)

The next Centre City Council meeting is scheduled for May 23rd  with work session at 4 and meeting at 5.
