Troopers Respond to Two Accidents Involving Injures Sunday – One in Etowah County and One in DeKalb County

Alabama State Troopers respond to two accidents involving injuries on Sunday.

The first was around 2:00am in Etowah County when a male driver from Altoona had to be transported for treatment after losing control of his 2015 Chevrolet that he was driving on Highway 278.

The second mishap was at 12:45pm that day, and involved a 2003 Toyota driven by a female from Higdon and a 2016 Infiniti driven by a female resident of Bryant; both of drivers were unhurt, however a male passenger (also from Bryant) in the Infiniti DID have to be taken for treatment.

No information has yet been released regarding the extent of injuries suffered by any of those involved in either wreck.

Both accidents remain under investigation by troopers.
