Two people were hurt in a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 278 in Cherokee County just after 5:00pm Tuesday.

According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report that mishap resulted in both the driver of the 2018 Hyundai involved – a female resident of Anniston, along with a the male passenger – being hurt. 

No additional information was available regarding the extent of their injuries.

Troopers responded to two other wrecks in the county Tuesday – one on Alabama Highway 9 and one on County Road 178.  Fortunately, no one was hurt in either of those accidents.
