One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident in Cedar Bluff early Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Alabama State Trooper accident report, that wreck took place at 12:45pm on Highway 9 and involved a 2014 Nissan, driven by 38 year old Brandy Riddle of Boaz and a 1998 Toyota being driven by Gary Canada of Gaylesville.
Canada escaped injury; however Riddle was transported by ambulance to a Rome hospital for treatment.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
