Centre Waterworks & Sewer Board General Manager Roy Alford, was reportedly taken to a Gadsden area hospital for treatment Wednesday morning.
Alford had gone to the water plant on County Road 79 in order to take a water sample, and in the process apparently fell and injured his leg.
