Brandon Omar Williams and Terrell Montez Batchelor, Sr. have been indicted by a grand jury on charges of Attempted Murder and Discharging a Firearm into an occupied building in connection with a shooting incident occurring earlier in the year (2013).
On May 20th, law enforcement responded to a report of a shooting in the 300 block of Wilkerson Drive in Hobson City; according to reports Batchelor knocked on the door of the home and when the occupant answered the door, he was shot in the eye by Williams.
According to the Anniston Star, police found a cell phone at the scene, which led them to the two suspects.
Both men are lodged in the Calhoun County Jail – Williams on $50,000 cash bond and Batchelor on a $40,000 bond.
Both are scheduled for arraignment October 17th.
