Cherokee County Arrest Files for Thursday, March 13

In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Jaclyn Derochea, age 46 of Hokes Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of obstructing justice false ID.

Joshua Lott, age 45 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of driving while revoked.

Sherry Abernathy, age 62 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on previous charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Giddens, age 62 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of public intoxication.

Martha Coleman, age 71 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

April Frier, age 40 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of bond revoked.

Ladonna Brinkman, age 64 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on hold for another agency.

Nathan Smith, age 46 of Sylacauga, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Andrew Collins, age 36 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
