Cherokee County Arrest Files for Friday, January 31

In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

David Rodriguez, age 34 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jonathan Nicholson, age 38 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of methamphetamine possession, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree possession of marijuana.

Terrence Jones, age 35 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of probation revocation.

Thomas Allred, age 34 of Trion, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

David Bone, age 50 of Sand Rock, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, two counts of 1st degree theft, the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and 3rd degree burglary.

Magan Knight, age 35 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of probation violation.

Heather Dawson, age 34 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of cruelty to animals.

Phyllis Bedwell, age 62 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 2nd degree cruelty to dog/cat.

Walker Bearden, age 29 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on placed on hold for another agency.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 120 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
