In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Juliett Barger, age 54 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of 3rd degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and 4th degree theft of property.
Sheldon Williams, age 48 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on three counts of failure to comply with court order to pay.
Paul Baker, age 57 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.
Jana Morrison, age 42 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of resisting arrest, public intoxication, and assault with bodily fluids.
Dustin Watwood, age 41 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a charge of 3rd degree burglary and failure to appear on two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 119 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
