Several Cherokee County Area Fire Departments responded to reports of a structure fire on Highway 68 in Cedar Bluff this (Wednesday) morning.
The call went out just prior to 3:00am and the first unit on the scene said that the structure was already fully involved; firefighters managed to bring the blaze under control quickly.
The roadway was reportedly re-opened at around 4:40am and we’ll have more as it becomes available.
