In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Previous 24 Hours:

ASHLEY HALL age 32 of Collinsville was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with DUI/Driving Under the Influence/Other Substance;

KATRINA FRAZIER, age 49 from Cedartown, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – charged with Retail Theft 3rd Degree;

RACHEL BURLINGTON – age 35 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, charged with a Probation Violation, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

JOSEPH SASSER, age 52 of Boaz arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and he was charged with Failure to Appear on previous counts of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – and also a Probation Revocation;

TERRY HUGGINS – age 35 of Centre was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on Failure to Appear on 4 previous Traffic Violations;

MALEEK HUNTLEY, age 23 of Gadsden, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of Failure to Appear on previous Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges;

RAYMOND FLYNT age 38 of Centre – was arrested by Centre Police on the charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Manufacture of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree;

And

Howard Guice, age 41 of Centre – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on a charge of Assault 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 103 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
