A 53-year-old man was arrested last week, after he was found inside of a building on property located on Taylor Street in Summerville.
Police stated they were called to the residence and then spoke with Rico Perry and asked him what he was doing there. Perry told the responding officer that he had been invited there however when officers checked with people at the residence – they said that Perry shouldn’t be there.
He was arrested for loitering and prowling and trespass and was booked into the Chattooga County Jail.
