Mr. Edwin Lamar Dempsey, 83 of Centre, passed away Monday, October 9th, 2023.
A graveside service will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, October 12th, 2023 at Old Nazareth Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until 2:30 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
Pall bearers will include family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Eloise McCord Dempsey; son, Jeff Dempsey; brother, Jerry Don Dempsey (Peggy); sisters, Patricia Ann Kisor, Shelvia Jean Hudson; grandchildren, Dylan Kyle Dempsey, Megan Tolbert (Chase); great grandchildren, Jackson Tolbert; several nieces & nephews.
Mr. Dempsey was a native of Georgia and was the son of the late Eddie and Clara Dempsey.
