WHITE PLAINS – Maggie Reedy went 2-for-3 with a triple, a run and a RBI to lead the Spring Garden Lady Panthers to a 3-2 softball win at White Plains on Tuesday.

Maggie Jarrett added a double. Kayley Kirk had a hit and scored a run. Helena Ingram also had a hit and drove in a run.

Avery Steward earned the win in the circle after tossing all seven innings. She gave up an earned run on three hits with seven walks and a strikeout.

The Lady Panthers trailed 1-0 until the top of the fifth inning when they scored a pair of runs. They added another insurance run in the top of the sixth.

Spring Garden travels to Appalachian on Thursday at 5 p.m.
