PIEDMONT – The Piedmont Lady Bulldogs rallied for three runs in the bottom of the seventh innings to take a 7-6 softball win over visiting Handley on Monday.
Savannah Smith and Jaycee Glover were both 2-for-4 with a double, a run and a RBI. Sarah Goss went 2-for-5 with two runs and a RBI. Armoni Perry doubled with a run and a RBI. Cacey Brothers went 1-for-2 with a RBI and Jenna Calvert was 1-for-4 with a run.
Emma Grace Todd tossed all seven innings. She gave up four earned runs on nine hits with two walks and three strikeouts.
