Tommy Benefield, 51 of Valley Head, was arrested November 20th, at 7:26 PM, charged with Driving under the influence by the Leesburg Police Department.

Patrick Maxey, 24 of Albertville, was arrested November 20th at 10:05 AM, charged with three counts of failure to appear by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

Heather Simonds, 41 of Rome, GA was arrested November 20th at 9:18 AM, charged with two counts of failure to appear by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

Today, 95 inmates are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
