Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Preston Butts, age 21 of Centre – Failure to Appear – Driving while Suspended and Failure to Display Insurance;

Erby Shooks, age 57 of Centre – Failure to Appear – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

and

Brian Butts, age 45 of Centre – Possession of Tax Paid Alcoholic Beverages for Private Use;

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 98 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
