Taylor Tapp, age 28 of Cedar Bluff – Public Intoxication and Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs;

Trevor Henson, age 32 of Cedar Bluff – SORNA Registration Violation;

Johnathan Butler, age 36 of Centre – Court Order;

Justice Hernandez, age 26 of Dallas, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia;

Melissa Jolly, age 46 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (three counts) and Drug Paraphernalia;

Alex Jolly, age 18 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Kassey Dumas, age 29 of Gadsden – Failure to Appear/No Child Restraint

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 110 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
