David Hartline, age 42 of Ft Payne – Failure to Appear/Assault 2nd Degree;

Michael Pruitt, age 36 of Centre – Failure to Appear/Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

Jerry Acrey, age 61 of Rome, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Natasha Terry, age 40 of Calhoun, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia;

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 87 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
