Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Kristie Henderson, age 44 of Leesburg – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Marijuana 2nd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia;

and

David Burton, age 33 of Gadsden – Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Appear on prior charges of No Headlights when Required, Expired Tag, Operating a Vehicle without Insurance and Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
