Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Jade Pruett, age 19 of Glencoe – Giving False ID to Law Enforcement Officials and Minor/Consumption of Alcohol;

Eric Hooper, age 28 of Centre – Murder and Receiving Stolen Property 3rd Degree;

Kyle Frost, age 38 of Gadsden – Court Order;

Anthony Hayes, age 53 of Gadsden – Theft of Property 4th Degree;

and

Tristan Hastings, age 23 of Pisgah – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 94 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
