Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Rickey Powell, age 21 of Gadsden – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Disorderly Conduct;

Destin Brock, age 30 of Rome, Georgia – Failure to Appear/Probation Revocation;

Kimberly Haston, age 27 of henagar – Failure to Appear;

and

Rakeem Williams, age 29 of Centre – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 74 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
