A jury of ten men and two women found a Chattooga County woman guilty of murder, in connection with the shooting death of Ronald Moates back in December of 2019.
Superior Court Judge Kristina Cook Graham handed down a sentence of Life in Prison without the possibility of Parole for Angela Rowland of Summerville, Georgia.
She was arrested in January, 2020, following a lengthy investigation that determined her claims of self-defense in the case were not plausible.
