In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

Jessica Renee Hand, age 29 of Centre, was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Cody Lance Lambert, age 27 of Centre charged with the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Violation of the Prohibition Law;

Patrick Lee Smith, age 20 from Aragon, Georgia – was charged with the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Matthew Lee Smith, age 42 of Piedmont – charged with Sale of Prohibited Liquors;

Matthew Clyde Frampton, age 23 – Court Order;

and

April Denise Hooper, age 30 – Bond Revoked.

Currently there are 104 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
