A 24 year old Attalla man has been arrested in connection with a recent burglary in Etowah County.
Justin Wayne Ryan Bearden was arrested, after he was found to be in possession of a stolen Yamaha four-wheeler taken from an Ashville Road residence in Altoona.
The victim reported the theft on July 26th (2015).
A deputy located the four-wheeler as it was being driven on Egypt Road.
Bearden has been charged with Receiving Stolen Property 1st Degree, which is a felony. He is currently being held in the Etowah County Detention Center on a $5,000 property bond.
