MiKayla Lugo, age 24 of Glencoe – Bondsman off Bond/Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

Wesley Uptain, age 34 of Guntersville – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

Joseph Palmer, age 41 of Chickamauga, Georgia – Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Frederick Diamond, age 40 of Centre – Grand Jury Indictment/Domestic Violence 2nd Degree;

and

Michael Sharp, age 32 of Centre – Grand Jury Indictment/Vehicle Parts and Criminal Mischief/Damage to Private Property

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
