Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Stephen Koonce, age 34 of Summerville, Georgia – Driving under the Influence/Alcohol;

Bandon Connell, age 28 of Centre – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay (two counts) and Alias Writ of Arrest;

and

Eletha Clark, age 48 of Collinsville – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 72 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
