Cherokee County Arrest Files for Thursday, October 21st:

Beverly Emmanuel, age 34 of Leesburg – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

Alan Garrett, age 65 of Albertville – DUI/Alcohol;

Jason Nicholson, age 42 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Driving while License Cancelled;

and

Jessica LeCroy, age 34 of Centre – Exposure or Lewd Act in Public,

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 73 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
