A Gadsden school teacher died of COVID last weekend.
Cynthia Hollingsworth Graves, who taught at Oscar Adams Elementary for more than 30 years, passed away Saturday.
She is being remembered as an educator who always went “above and beyond” in the classroom, specializing in teaching students for whom English was a second language – she was known as a pleasant co-worker and a joy to be around on a daily basis.
