Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Crystal Tucker, age 43 of Menlo, Georgia – Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Thomas Oliver, age 22 of Gainesville, Georgia – Driving Under the Influence/Alcohol

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 88 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
