Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Tynisha Ross-Williams, age 39 of Decatur, Georgia – Using False ID to Avoid Arrest/Hinder Prosecution and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

and

Jonathan Nichoison, age 34 of Piedmont and Nilan Grimes, age 23 of Centre were arrested – however, their charges were not available.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
