Cherokee County Arrest Files for Tuesday:

Jessica Marie Allen, age 19 of Centre – Theft of Property 4th Degree;

Michelle Denise Bray, age 54 of Centre – Negotiating Worthless Negotiable Instruments (two counts);

Crystal Marie Koonce, age 44 of Valley Head – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

and

Ted Duane Sweat, age 43 of Leesburg – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 95 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
