Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Marquis Tevon Lockhart, age 26 of Piedmont – DUI, Attempting to Elude and a Fugitive from Justice warrant;

and

Shea Marie Maurice, age 41 of Piedmont – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Non-Support.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 89 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
