Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Marty Leon Cobb, age 51 of Centre – Bradley Adam Martin, 38 of Ft Payne – Terry Lee Henderson, age 31 of Cedar Bluff – and, Christina Brooke Rogers, 33 from Cedartown, Georgia – were each charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Cody Lane Jones, age 25 from Cedartown, Georgia – Drug Trafficking in addition to Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Stephanie LueJean Epps, age 36 of Leesburg – Bond Revocation and Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Attempted Chemical Endangerment of a Minor, Forgery 2nd Degree, Possession of Forgest Instruments, Theft of Property 2nd Degree, and Theft by Deception 4th Degree;

Brian Michael Roebuck, age 29 of Centre – Theft by Deception;

and

Eric Kyle Hooper, age 27 of Centre – Carrying a Pistol without a Permit.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 89 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
